IN YOUR OPINION, WHAT UFC FIGHTERS, IF ANY, SHOULD GO ELS WERE ?

MINE IS JOSH BURKMAN. IMO, HE HAS HIS MOMENTS, BUT HE IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO BEAT ANY OF THE HIGHER CALIBER FIGHTERS IN HIS DIVISION, PLUS WHEN HE KEPT ATTEMPTING THE TAKE DOWN AGAINST SWICK REALLY GOT ON MY NERVES.

Any fighter that can’t be relied upon to come good and ready for any fight that gets set up. Any fighter that complains about pay, but doesn’t back it up with a solid fight performance.

Jorge Gurgel, Josh Burkman and Rob Emerson

Josh Burkman, Lutter is already gone so I can’t list him, Starnes is gone so I can’t list him, Sylvia is gone, so once again, I can’t list him, Sean Sherk, though I kinda like Gurgel, he needs to go unless he steps up his performance in a hurry. Though Alexander had a meteoric two fight rise, unless he wins his next fight, that is IF he has a next fight in the UFC, he probably needs to go. I can’t quite think of anymore off the top of my head at the moment…

alexander needs to go, tommy speer for sure, ed herman. i disagree w jorge gurgel he is better then what he has shown in the ufc thus far. i believe his best days are infront of him. melvin guillard should go too.

houston, speer, herman ( what happen to this guy ???) all need to be placed in the WEC

ill tell u one fighter who the ufc SHUD NOT HAVE CUT is HERMES FRANCA. uve got to be kidding me. hes a fan favorite tough ass competitor who gives it his all. he almost knocked out sherk in the 2nd round with that knee. he also admitted he made a mistake as opposed to sherk who just whined for a whole year. its appauling if u ask me.

yeh he got a year suspension. and he didnt fight all year he made money doing seminars around the country bc the ufc wudnt let him fight outside of the country. and now hes cut. he shud have been scheduled for a fight the day after his suspension ended. world class fighter, world class human being who made a mistake

Alexander only if he loses his next fight (I’m a Houston fan so I hope he wins, I also think taht TKO call on him was bullshit) Speer I also agree with you.

Most of those who are must-go-ers are gone but as you guys said: Josh Burkman (if he’s not putting on a spectacular win in his next fight… witch I think he’ll lose).
Tommy Speer, Ed Herman, Rob Emerson… damn boring fighters.

If Houston Alxeander wan’t to stay in the UFC he need to change so much, his stance is crap, his footwork is not there and his guard is a joke, I don’t think he’s even so so on his back.
He’s so stiff and tense, with all this said I like Houston and he seems to be a nice guy.

While on the subject, Evan Tanner.

I think Evan will go if he loses to Grove. Tanner has done alot for this sport, and he was an amazing fighter a few years ago. I think he deserves the benefit of a doubt because he was a top 10 contender for SOOOO long. If he loses to Grove (I hope not, want to see him get KTFOd again) then that is probably it. If he finds his game again, he would be a great gatekeeper for the MW division.

Oh yes, he have done lots for MMA.

Hmmm… I can’t say, I know that he has lost his 3 lates fights due to KO/TKO.

I think Soa’s already gone but I forgot about Sakara… totally agree with you on him, never really liked him at all. The only reason he was on the main card on 82 was because he was fighting Leben

In the fight Soa Palelei vs. Eddie Sanchez… I thought that Soa was going to put Eddie to sleep… instead Sao put the audience and fans to sleep.
