May 15, 2008. The fight world is about to change. MediaTakeOut.com just EXCLUSIVELY learned that former heavyweight boxing champ has tentatively agreed to fight internet streetfighter Kimbo Slice under ProElite’s live fight division, EliteXC.

According to an insider at the company, Mike and Kimbo are set to fight “late this year or early next.” But first things first, Kimbo has to win his fight next Saturday night against James “Colossus” Thompson. A fight that or insider claims is “going to be tough.”

Wasn’t Tyson supposed to fight bob sapp? this shit never happens…. anyway i was reading the article on the home page about kimbo. I’m not saying he is good or bad for MMA, but who the fuck does chuck think he is, Mr. MMA???.... give me a break, he basically rips kimbo for not fighting top fighters (ok i’ll give him that) and just being a brawler…. can some1 tell me when the last time chuck won by sub? Exactly. And yes, kimbo might be getting pimped out right now, but from what i’ve seen the dude is making an honest effort to become a mixed martial artist, so hes doing his part, if MMA as a whole is hurt its not because of kimbo himself, its his organization’s fault…..

What a crap fight this would be… smells of Japan freak show over this.

If it was a boxing fight and Tyson still was good it could’ve been interresting, now it’s not.

I don’t think this fight will ever happen and 100% of me hope it’s just rumours.

Kimbo and Brock are manufactured….. I would LOVE to see Kimbo fight Lesnar…. both retards, would be amazing!! Think Lesnar has more skill though, so i’ll give it to him on that note. You really think they will let Tyson jump into MMA with Kimbo? Not so… boxing Tyson would take out Kimbo anyday come on now…
